To address the need of our Utah communities and assist in preparing for disasters, the idea of a hands-on, education center was born. Since then, we’ve facilitated disaster preparedness at various community events through our interactive exhibits and workshops.

The Disaster Discovery Center (DDC) is the doing business as (dba) name for the Disaster Safety Museum, Inc., a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to public disaster preparedness education.
